All orders delivered in the United States are shipped FedEx Ground only. Shipments with FedEx can be tracked easily and they are dependable. You will get a tracking # via email, once your order is shipped and you can track your own shipment by going to: www.fedex.com Please expect 3-10 Days for delivery. If your package has not arrived and you can’t track it, email us and we will work on finding the package. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.

*SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS OUTSIDE THE US -

All International/APO & FPO delivered orders must be emailed to us prior to placing your order online, since shipping and weight requirements vary. We will let you know via email how much your order will be. At that time you will be notified how to place your order and pay the total to PayPal. Please expect 1-6 Weeks for delivery, depending upon your choice of shipping. All International orders have a 1 case minimum. All European orders will be shipped from our sister company overseas.

At that time you will be notified how to place your order and pay the total to PayPal. No minimum orders. All orders will be shipped USPS. Please expect 1-6 Weeks for delivery, depending upon your choice of shipping.

SPECIAL NOTE*

We can only process "Confirmed" shipping addresses through PayPal. We will not ship to unconfirmed addresses. Please be sure to include a contact phone number in the memo section of our shopping cart and in the memo section of the PayPal check out area. PayPal will not supply us with this information and due to the delicate nature of our products it is a requirement from FedEx. Also, all orders with out a phone number will not be shipped until we send you an email requesting this information.

RETURN POLICY:

“ALL” sales are FINAL and under no circumstances will we refund any monies, except Defective Products or Damaged packages. You have 10 days to return your damaged or defective product to us.

You are entitled to a full refund only if the package has been refused due to a damaged package. If you see that the package is delivered damaged, please do not accept it from FedEx. If FedEx has delivered the package damaged and you were not there to accept, please call FedEx at: 1.800.463.3339 and have them come back and pick it up.

If the product is defective, email us immediately at info@nitrousoxidechargers.com and we will replace your order as soon as we receive the defective product.
